Bad hair colour at hairdressers

I went to my hairdressers on Saturday to have a colour and cut. I have had it coloured previously by them and loved the colour, a dark red. This time however, i went in to have the colour refreshed and shes done it way too dark, it looks pretty much dark brown/black. It was done late on on saturday and it was dark outside so i couldn't really judge the colour on the day to say if it was ok. What can I do now? Do I have any sort of rights to complain? It cost me £80 so im really disappointed.

I'd go back and ahve achat with the hairdresser - at least give them a chance to put things right for you.

Most hairdressers will be happy to put it right if you ring them or visit the salon:)0
