Play.com are selling the Toshiba 19" 19AV713B tv for £99.99 for today only in the Monday madness sale. This is the same model which was in the Amazon.com Black Friday sale last week, at the same price as the Amazon deal, only you don't have to have lightning fast fingers to get it.......

Yes it can. The only consideration is whether you need it or not. For £9 more you can get a 22" monitor from Play.com. If you want a telly, then it's a good deal, if you want a computer monitor it's not. After all you can always use BBC/Sky/ITV Player if you want to watch the telly.
