got a good percentage but quite worried

I am renewing my mortgage next year and currently have a very low tracker rate, my mortgage is 60% of the total property value. which from what I have read is pretty good but I am worried that I wont be able to get a very good deal next year as my credit rating isnt as good as 3 yrs ago when i renewed. I have missed a few credit card payments and with everything I am reading feel that this decreases my chances of getting a good deal. Can anyone help give me some advice?
