£100 off at harrods

When I was adding stuff to my basket (I had three items to make up the £250 it wanted to charge me £5.95 for delivery of each individual item adding up £17.85. Does anybody know if there is a way around this so I can get the items delivered together as I find this extortionate for 5-7day delivery.

if you select everything to have next day delivery (shows as £12 each) then the total delivery for everything goes down to £6.05, much more acceptable than £17 and next day too

I bought a pair of Chestnut Bailey Ugg's in a size 6 for my friend, and there going to be to 3 size's to big oops :mad:
As Ugg is a concession store in Harrods???, Could I take these to back to a main Ugg Store in Manchester with my Harrods receipt and exchange for a smaller pair???
As I doubt they will any smaller sizes in stock now in Harrods and dont wont to send them back as i will lose the Vivienne Westwood Bracelet for my other friend.:(

Did you order the boots? I wonder if they would have honoured if they have enough stock. I didn't order boots but either way I've heard nothing yet.
