my collector came today & I refused to pay all of amount due as Homebuy told me they wouldnt repair my sofa and the tables have been damaged snce they were delvered. He managed to telephone somebody who apparently can sort out this and to my surprise theyre based in Bristol where I am!! So all the problems I have had I ddnt have to ring customer service Ill put the tel no at end of post The other thing is because Im refusing to pay my agent decieded to adjust the amount i have to pay from £120 to £70 as he agreed homebuy have overcharged people so I thought everybody would like to know they are able to do this and encourage people to ask thier collectors to do the same for them.. the tel no. is 0117 9571065 only time will tell if the repair gets done (as I did recieve a call when I wanted the tables replaced but that was all I got my tables are still damaged kate bristol:j0
