    I'm back :)

In the last 6 weeks I've been to... Geneva & Lausanne, Hong Kong; Cannes and San Diego. I lost my voice just before my trip to Cannes, where I was presenting 4 days in a row (and talking to clients the rest of the time). It recovered just in time for San Diego, and just about made it through 4 days there. I had jet lag for the first half of last week (don't usually get it as I don't often sleep on the plane, but OH reckons I passed out before the meal was finished and he couldn't wake me up for breakfast!) and have felt grotty since... spent yesterday in bed and today pottering but I have FINALLY finished unpacking (and put away my summer clothes)

Need to do some cleaning so I can do a month's laundry... and make a christening cake for next weekend. I'm travelling again wed/thurs (Swansea/Cardiff/Bristol unless snow stops me - I can only hope) and next week (Edinburgh for work, then 4 days off in Scotland with OH :D)

Parents are staying next weekend for my nephew's christening, so I need to try to get the lists done and make the house habitable.

Off to put a few more bits away, and then have a bath to recover!

I am in, maybe the stars is an incentive for me to sort the house out this week, then next week will be an easy clean for our visitors. I am starting out easily though, master bedroom, bathroom and living room in full and level 2 for everything else, I should at least get 3 stars.

    My list for this week

Anything in bold from Pigpen's list
    Take stuff to charity shop

Finish Christmas shopping 4 left to get
Post Christmas cards I have just finished writing them!
Look for storage boxes for OHs records
See if these will fit in the gramophone cabinet
Sort stuff from bed and floor in RoD and try and find permanent homes for them
Bed stuff sorted and either put away or piled up to do later

    Bring on the stars!

I'm in and I still have 200 words to write as I chop and write the text!

One hour to go and that's it for today - looking forward to normal service resuming tomorrow and a fly again!

    :hello:Hi ladies!

Thank you to all at FLCC.:D
I'll be in a little bit this week, not much until Friday, and although I'd love to, unlikely to get any stars.

My cold is going, and I feel better today, but unfortunately OH has it and is suffering, as he always gets things very badly ;). He was too unwell to do DD's wardrobe, so I have another week with every room in a state of chaos. Sigh.

On the plus side, I have done some Christmas shopping. It's just two weeks until our family get together and meal, and I have to have their presents all ready and wrapped to take. Then I can get started on the teens...

hex - hope that you get some positive news soon, and 'feel better vibes' winging their way to you.

    hi greenbee!

Love and hugs, especially to toots and lady-liberty, and any other of our band who could make good use of a hug!

    In again.. Thanks FCC

I will also sign in for the Ironing Challenge - although tbh it is only me so should not be too much of a challenge (in theory:rotfl:)
I like the idea of the stars/snowmen too!:j

Had a good evening have set to and listed 31 items on ebeast after the massive overhaul of the wardrobe on friday. Already had some enquiries about a skirt I have listed so fingers crossed some will sell.

So pleased it is the kitchen tomorrow as I made a beef casserole tonight and it bubbled over onto the hob had a quick wipe then burnt my hand so it can wait till tomorrow now.
