Hi,

Last week I cashed out 1x£5 & 1x£3paypal vouchers from them.

Since then it has migrated to mysurvey.co.uk

Mypayment has not been sent nor is there any record of it. I have contacted the admin and no response.

Anyone else had any problems ?

Is there anything I can do?

you should have received a "reward zone order" email from [EMAIL="orderconfirmation@perks.com"]orderconfirmation@perks.com[/EMAIL]

if you didnt receive the email, check that your my survey points total as you may find that your two accounts joined together and your points have been combined

No email and the points haven't been combined. No response from their support team either

did you send just one email? I've sometimes had to send several.

sorry to hijack your thread, but is anyone else having problems logging in since they changed to my survey? I have emailed them, but have had no reply as yet.

Same here. I only email once so far. Guess I better do it again.

Lol I have emailed about 8 times now over past few days. Will now write to their actual mail address. This is ridiculous.

Took me months to get £8 and now they have just written it off.

Just a thought for those who can't log onto mysurvey, are you going to the correct site?

The address above is wrong, the proper address is http://uk.mysurvey.com

When they changed I went to mysurvey.com and couldn't log on, then went to the address above and my account was up and running on there.
