rebuilding score for property renting etc

sorry if this repeats past posts,

i went br in august 09, and got ed in june this year wooohoooo!!! thanks to all who helped me through the process.

i now want to rebuild my score to enable me to rent property from anywhere and have seen people mention vanquis etc, but how soon can things like that be applied for? or mobile contracts?

i have a cash plus card from nw and nothing else at the moment. are there any places that will accept br people for full accounts with full debit cards?

i will start my clean up of file in new year as people here advised me to wait a while.

i do not want credit as such just options re housing and utilities etc.
