Ipod touch 3G?? help please!?

Hi.....I've just spent my entire sunday morning scouring the 'net for a 3rd Generation ipod touch, to no avail!!! DD has been asking for one all year so Daddy & I decided we'd give in.....thinking we'd get a good deal as a newer version is now out! lol
Any help appreciated....hitting pavements tomorrow so doesn't have to be online..... if anyone has seen one in L'pool city centre gimme a shout!!!

A few Q's if you don't mind too?

Am I right in thinking the 3G doesn't have a camera? (She still a bit young & her dad not to happy about the camera on the 4G, although it's not as if she'll be taking it out to school etc & content will be strictly monitored!!)

It is primarily to store/play music & games/apps on so is 8GB enough if we have to get the 4G?

Is it me or are kids far to technically minded now? Whatever happened to plain old Barbie & Ken!???? lol :rotfl:

hello.if you type in to your seach engine, ipod touch 8gb/3 you may get more of a choice.

argos was selling the above but i cant find it on there website, order number 900 7815, if you go in store and ask you might have better luck its £149 plus you get a £10 gift voucher.

8gb is plenty storage, songs 1,750 and ten hours of video.

alternately ipod store have a refurbished ipod touch.

I did try the product code for argos this morning, it was definately still showing on there a wk or so ago. Going to try instore tomorrow. Have reserved the 4G just in case anyway.

Asked DS about it earlier and he rolled his eyes & told me it HAS to be the 4G because of HD & some retina thingy & a load of other reasons I didn't understand!!!
