Morning all, had a quite week due to snow, and someone viewed house yesterday, hopefully they'll buy it! Major way to make money, sell your house, not advising anyone else to do it though. Saved £11.12 on groceries sat and had £45.26 go into bank today from topcash so def made good start here. Hopefully list some items on ebay one night this week. Q Where is best place to list dvd's and cd's, is it ebay?

Hi Piglet, have you tried music magpie ? i sold a game on ebay not longago, it sold for £8 music magpie had offered £10.50. :o

Basically you use the barcode numbers and they tell you what they will pay you for them ~ if you decide to sell they send you a freepost packet to send them off to them ect. might be worth a look, depends on what cds and dvds youve got.

Its very rare to get more money on music magpie than elsewhere as they sell yours on to Amazon and Play.com. So the best place to sell yours is via Amazon and Play.com yourself. I don't ever sell this sort of thing on eBay as I don't find you get great prices. I only use music magpie as a last resort if mine are not worth enough on Amazon and Play.com

no you just sell your items yourself through amazon, they dont buy them from you. You list them on their marketplace and then people can buy them directly from you. You get to set your own price and it lets you check what others are selling the same item for

If you have an iPhone you can download the Amazon app and scan barcodes on the DVDs you have to check prices. Very handy little gadget

There is a great thread on Amazon selling which teaches you all you need to know:
