Whilst searching for wine on the Tesco's website, I noticed that they had some excellent deals on certain wines i.e. 6 x 66 bottles for the 'normal' price.

I decided to purchase 4 different types of wine (3 of which were the 6 x 66 bottles) and paid for my order.

I was sent an order confirmation quoting all of the above quantities and I also took a screen print of my online order.

The wines were delivered today but I only received 1 x 6 bottles of each type.

I contacted tesco's immediately and they told me that there was an error on their website, they apologised and offered to take my wine back and give me a refund but that was it. I stressed that I had purchased 6 x 66 bottles of the 3 types but they would not budge.

Do I have any rights and if so, what are they??

ASDA are currently doing 25% off all Australian wines plus another 10% off if you buy 6 or more bottles. I picked up 3 bottles of Brown Brother's Chenin Blanc and 3 bottles of Brown Brother's Dry Muscat for £20.08 (£3.35 per bottle - normally around £5). In my opinion Brown Brothers are very good wines which are not often available discounted. I also noticed Banrock Station wine coming in at about £2.80 per bottle before 10% off > 6. I think the offer is on until 24th April.

I think the voucher XX-7BMB gives £15 off a £50 spend at tesco.com.

Hi there,
I ordererd on a £15 code and it was accepted. When the delivery came it was down as £10 on the note. This happend with my order and also my friend. I rang them and they said they would give the £15 discount to both of us, so I am now waiting for my credit card account to come to see what they have charged .

Excellent, I was going to add it to m'site but there are so many permutations, I couldn't find a standard mixed case (except the comic relief case but that was just under £50).

If you don't mind the cheap stuff its possible to get 18 bottles for £40 odd!
