  • Oxfam in Ballyhackamore have a section with wedding dresses in it, looks like some beautiful ones in the window (noticed them the other day when passing on the bus!).

On a related note... does anyone know any good places to sell? Tried ebay and tried online wedding sites but without success although this may be due to the dress being on the thin side...

except for the general public when it can mean whatever they want it to.

  • The Oxfam on main street in Bangor also seems to have a good supply of wedding dresses - there is a nice one in the window just now.

    Hope this helps

    Hi,
A lot of charity shops have a specific shop they use to sell wedding dresses and stuff. You might be able to ring up the charity (Oxfam, Age Concern etc) and ask the location of the wedding shop. There used to be a great one just off Ann Street in Belfast City Centre. Another thumbs up for the one in Ballyhackamore though, it has got a great selection! Remember you can always get it altered if you love the dress but it doesn't fit you quite right.

  • The Cancer Research shop in Newtownards has a bridal shop upstairs. You might be able to get things like bridesmaids/MoB/flowergirl dresses as well as veils, tiaras etc there.
