-l have a loan with lloyds tsb
-the current balabce is +/- £ 5 300,00
-l have been facing financial difficulties
-l have written to lloyds so many time informing them of my fanancial difficulties
-lloyds tsb failed to provide a copy of the loan agreement
-they have since acknowleged mis selling the ppi
-l wrote to them offrering a settlemt figure of £500
qst
-shall take them to financial ombusman service or small claims court
-any chance of me being victorious
please help
