Hi
Got the Chateau Neuf at £7.49 which is really good as it is £14+ usually. Really pleased as I missed it in Asda a few weeks ago. :T
Just a heads up re pricing and Morrisons. I bought a bottle of Prosecco last week which I was sure was half price down from £9.49 to £4.49 however checking my bill I had been charged full price. I took it back and was given the difference with an apology. The SA said it had been wrongly marked and it was their fault. I was nicely surprised as I had been ready for a deep discussion
sometimes they get it right and sometimes they get it wrong............we are all human;) 0 -

I was in Morrisons yesterday and 2 things I noticed:
McVities Milk Chocolate Digestive biscuits were £1.35 for the small pack but £1 for the larger (guess which one made it into my trolley?!)
Memorex DVD+R discs (this was a corker) = £9.99 for 25 discs or (drum roll please) £9.99 for 50!! So you can either buy 25 discs or pay the same amount for 25 extra discs and when I checked it with the cashier he just shrugged and said "thats what they both cost"! I don't think he quite got the concept but hey ho - 50 discs went into the trolley!!
Just thought I'd share :TNo trees were damaged in the posting of this message but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.:wave:0 -
