Looking around the supermarkets (even Waitrose) and farmers' market all I can find is mass-produced vegetarian or animal-suet-only pale imitations. Anyone found a slow food approved shredded meat and fruit pie with quality ingredients - no intensively reared or under-valued dairy ingredients, please.
Or a decent recipe - what are the most appropriate mutton cuts to use?
