Hunting Rare DVDs

Hi guys
Im trying to hunt down a couple of rare dvds for a birthday. They are called "TV Offal" and "Attention Scum". Both I believe were TV series? I have found one on ebay but an loathed to buy it as its a pressie I would like it from new.
Anyone any ideas?!

I've just started entering the competitions (July 07). When I win I'll update this signature. Look on the bright side, I shouldn't have to update it very often.

I don't think they were released on DVD as the ebay listing includes the following
"The quality is pretty decent considering the source."
