phones 4 u trainning course :(

my daughter for the past 4 months has been doing a trainning course working in phones 4 u doing 60 hours a week for a £104 pounds a week,anyway yesterday was last day of the 4 months she was hopping to be took on but sadley wasnt she thought she would be getting paid after training her comission for all the phones she had sold over the 4 months ? anyone eles worked at phones for u as a little bit confussed

What terms and conditions did she sign up for before the training?

i dont think she did it was apprentership hence low wage ,she did a weeks trainning at fort dunlop then went to work in store for 4months where we thought she would be earning commision on all her phones she sold which at the end of 4 months she would recieve

I'm really sorry - but the place to find this out would be the contract or terms and conditions that she was given at the start.

What made you think she would earn commission?

we thought as she was in the sales team and every phone you sell you earn commision on ,that she would ,we have just moved house so think am going to have to find paperwork ,if anyone works or has worked at phones 4 u any advice gratefully recieved .

A friend of mine had a permanent/full-time job with them, but his title was Sales Admin - and even though he sold loads of phones he didn't ever get paid commission on them. It made him spit, but there was nothing he could do about it.
