Putting partner on mortgage

How do we do it?
The mortgage is in my name at present and we want to add him to the mortgage.

Why?
You start by talking to the lender to see if they will allow it.
If the ywill they will need to go on the mortgage and the deeds
You also both need to understand the implications of doing this
The lenders panel solicitors may be able to do all this for you, or you may need to have independant advice.0 -
How do we do it?
The mortgage is in my name at present and we want to add him to the mortgage.
2. You need your lender's agreement (fee c£200).
3. You need a solicitor to change the ownership of property (fee c£300).
4. You need to accept that if you split up it could mean you've given away a chunk of your property.0
