    yes i often make samosas at home and freeze them uncooked. When I need to fry them, i will defrost the quantity i need in micro and then deep fry. Come out just the same.

    I'm talkin about ones that I buy that are ready to eat though! Does that change things? Not ones that have not been cooked.

    We had a huge party a couple of years ago and ordered an enormous quantity of these from a local Asian catering company. They were cooked and just needed reheating in the oven. We froze what didn't get eaten on the day, and they lasted us for well over a year with no problem.
