Export to Spain

Good news is you can now buy energy saving light bulbs in Tesco for 20p , load up a white van and take them to Spain where they sell for 2 euro each at the boot sales as there is no subsidy in Spain on bulbs so they cost a lot. Remember they use the screw ones. Then load the van with booze and fags and come home. That's Xmas sorted.

Please point out which laws would be broken in such transactions. As long as any income tax due was paid on earnings. This is Europe . That's how its done now.0 -
Wouldn't you have to sell an awful lot of light bulbs to make a profit after petrol costs, etc.?Pick battles big enough to matter, small enough to win. - Jonathan Kozol0

You must has some money being able to afford a van, petrol, ferry and then buying light bulbs
Maybe you could hang them around the van and connect to battery and be all lit up on your way to Spain, put on a red suit and call yourself Santa like Coke advert on smaller scale0 -

That is exactly what I said to the guy selling them in Spain last month.
He had a lot and was selling them faster than he could get them out of the van. I checked one and it was small spiral energy saving bulb from Tesco. I bought some from Tesco when I got back and they were 20p.0
