Question from first time quidco user

I have joined Quidco and purchased an item by going to the website via Quidco link. The cashback offer stated 5% and I spent over £1000 (holiday) but not sure what happens next.

I have logged back in but no information is showing pending!! Does it take time to show ( I understand it takes time to track but thought may show.

Also once tracked how do I withdraw or transfer the payment as i cannot see a withdrawal option.

A little confused so would appreciate a point in the right direction.

Thank you all in advance

With all cashback sites it can take a little time (sometimes days) for purchases to track, it can then take months for the site to receive the payment then pass it on to you.

To get some reassurance that things are proceeding as they should you can:
    log into your account,
    then select the transactions tab,
then start to compose a cashback query,
when you select the merchant it will tell you when you clicked through to that merchant,
    then scrub the query.

Any ideas how I would withdraw once paid and should it show as pending whilst waiting? Thank you
  • If you ensure that your settings are such that you are paid by BACS with a minimum payment of zero you will be paid automatically.
