    Found this in terms and conditions:-

    6. There are a total of 1000 prizes available to be won each day during the Promotion Period, each prize consists of one Cadbury Dairy Milk and Nails Inc co-branded nail polish. Prizes are available in two different shades. Winners cannot select which shade nail polish they would like to receive.

    So maybe chocolate will arrive separately.

    I think it means Cadbury Dairy Milk (the brand name) and Nails Inc have got together (co-branded) to produce the nail polish. There won't be any chocolate :EasterBun
