Butcher in Antrim or Downpatrick where i can get a Norfolk Black Turkey?

I live in downpatrick and my parents in antrim and i am going to them for xmas so either area is grand.

The Asda magazine says they will have them for Christmas but they don't do an ordering service so you'd be taking a chance. M&S definitely have them to order but they're pricey.0

Yes! I always cook my turkey upside down except for the last hour when I turn it right way up to brown the breast skin. This is how my mum did hers and it ensures the breast meat doesn't dry out.Ever cook a turkey up-side-down?

Get a good turkey like a bronze or black and they dont dry out
I can buy cheap everything else but I pay for a good free range norfolk every year and never had a dry one yet0 -
