Hair group salon - help needed pls

I ordered a voucher off lastminute.com for a haircut at a hairgroup salon. i just received the vouchers and went to book it. the number they have provided me doesnt seem to work. everytime i call it off my landline it says 'sorry the service requested is not available from this line' . I am a bit stuck really as i went to the website and it had a 0844 number and its says the same when calling from my landline. I would really appreciate it if someone knows what i should do next or if they have another number for the hairgroup salon.

If you don't want to call an 0844 number to find out whats going on, you could see if there is an alternative landline or freephone number at noto0870.com. Without more details I don't really know what to suggest. Is there not a central number for hairgroup that you can call?

Thanks for your help. i have just realised its actually saying the same thing with every number i am dialling out to off landline so its a fault with my phone line. have called BT and they are sorting it out for me
