Anyone have any experience of Dell?

DH has a computer with dell and we were thinking of paying off the loan early (Still has 18 months left of a 3 yr loan..).. but was just wondering whether they would be likely to offer a reduced figure as final settlement because of the interest etc that we would be saving??
Going to get DH to call them tomorrow... failing that we'll be paying off my Capital one card (woohoo!).

Unless you have defaulted on the credit, I doubt that they will be interested in a full and final settlement. There may be a slight saving, due to refund of interest, for an 'early settlement' which you could ask for. In my opinion, though, they make their money through credit and are unlikely to be too keen to agree. Do you know what interest they charge? If it is lower than the Capital One card, then go for the card.
