Wrong info on Woolwich mortgage offer

We received our mortgage offer this morning and the house purchase price is wrong, (10k too much). We need a revised offer sent out, is this normally straightforward, i.e. just an admin thing. Or, does it need to go back to the underwriters again?

Provided it doesn't screw up your LTV should just be re-issued (although any change/action/variation in atmospheric pressure or the price of fish can place it back in the 'rechecking' queue these days)
