If you take back to store they dont seem to bother about amending your points, if you return via courier they do take them off

I have always been asked for my advantage card when returning to boots and they have amended the points unfortunately!

So do you add the Moonbase to the order to get it for free? I think I am being really stupid but I cant find the T&C's and it comes up with the free item as soon as I add the Rocket to my basket! x

we had an email at work (mothercare)to say that the lines that previously had a free additional product would still be included when the products were discounted, its not a glitch or anything, if you go into your local store and tell them you could only order 1 of the products as the others had gone out of stock they can refund you and sell it together with one from thier shop floor to give you the promotion......

Just ordered it from mothercare tonight, for £50 - saving £10 - sorry ELC but I'll be taking the toys back!

I ordered the rocket and moonbase with the squirters for £15 from mothercare last night it is showing all 3 items on my account in mothercare but just received an email to say my 2 items (rocket and squirter) have been dispatched but no mention of the moonbase do you think this means we are not getting the moonbase?:(

Ordered from Elc last night as Mothercare had run out of free Moonbase. This morning I
rang local (tiny) Mothercare on the off chance they would have one in- and they did:eek: Picked both Rocket and Moonbase up for £15 without having to pay £5 delivery like at ELC.:D
Rang Elc cs to cancel original order- and they told me it wasn't available until 21 st December anyway!!! Doesn't mention that on my email !Would have found out too late as this is a present that has to be given to someone miles away in a couple of weeks:( So please check yours will be with you in time xxx

I went to the Mothercare at Birmingham Fort this morning in the hunt for the rocket and moonbase. Walked through the door and it was straight in front of me - £15.00 for both.:T

I had another look around and bought the fire station for £20.00 with a free emergency vehicles pack at £8.00 (it took £10.00 off so £18.00 for both), a foldup box with space men etc on the outside reduced from £20.00 to £10.00 and the Vet Safari set reduced from £35.00 to £17.50.

When I left at 12ish there was still plenty of stock left.

well i could nt find both in stock online so went to my local mothercare which has elc bit in it an the only rocket they had was on display in the window they were nt able to order 1 in 4 me either so i asked if i could buy that one but they said no as it did nt have a box :mad: when i got home i called the number on thier website an they said its the stores descretion if they sell or not, seem silly to me
