So So So So Stupid

However I've just come across another stumbling block, the benefits that I inputted were based on my current salary of approximately 20k, currently the wtc are paying me based on my previous years salary of 8k (on mat leave for half of year) now they won't reduce my payments down and said that it will all sort itself out in April, now I get an additional £400 benefits which come next April I won't have. When they reassess me in April for a change of circumstances, is it likely that I'll only be allowed a £20 surplus even if I want br before 1st Dec??
I called the tax office twice and both advisors were so unwilling to help, which is so unlike them but I can't believe that they won't reduce my payments down - even at my request!0 -

I have had a look and made a couple of suggestions but tbh if you reduce phone and up groceries to the suggested then you will have no surplus anyway. Or share the extra between groceries and clothes. It won't make to much difference.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

I have posted most up to date SOA with correct amount of benefits on it. My hours are being reduced at work in the next few weeks which would lead to a decrease in salary of £200 but I am unsure if go bankrupt before the 1st December - and take an IPA on the figures below (but be allowed a £99 surplus) that when I complete a change of SOA I would only be allowed a £20 surplus, likewise - my wtc is due to half in April and I dont know how the IPA would be calculated. I just dont want to put oit off and put it off as thats is how I have got into this mess now
