I will do it this time!! £17k to clear in 2011

Hi Everyone,

Have decided that I need to start my own diary on here on the basis that it will:

a. keep me motivated
b. give me people to justify myself to so that i won't give up this time.

I have been struggling with debt for a few years now and have had loads of advice from everyone on here and i am starting to get into the swing of things.

I have just got a second job and have a few big debts to clear by xmas but from January will have more spare money to tackle the debts with so decided best to start now.

I have just updated my signature with my total debts of £17,650.60!!

I am aiming to clear this by the end of 2011 hopefully doing a few full and final offers so will not pay that figure in full.

So tomorrow is pay day and I will start making dents in the debt from then and will update this diary accordingly.

Ok say its going to be baby steps until January but every little helps.

I have paid £40 off my old cc today and £5 off my cashplus card.

Aim for this month is to get £400 to my mum asap. Second job should do most of this by xmas.

Just off to update my signature and hopefully by monday i can make another payment of £5.60 to the cc then debts will be £17,600. aiming for round numbers and making little dents.
