I was company secretary for my partners business which has failed. Do I need to complete this for section 2 on my forms?
Questions is
Please complete this section if you are or have been self-employed (including a partner in a partnership) at any time in the last two years. If not check this box and save this page without completing it
However, I have always been full time employed (never self employed) I was merely a name on the business documentation

Did you receive any directors remunerationvia PAYE or dividends, if not then you were just a signatory for the business and therefor not self-employed, however you do need to state this fact in the addition information
