Shudoo returns(free)

Hi guys,I ordered some Uggs from Shudoo...good price,but they dont fit...I wasnt too worried as initialy when i ordered there was a banner up on the website stating free delivery and free returns....now it only states free delivery....no invoice came with boots,only a return note and address label,no prepaid label or anything...and because these were reduced I only have 7days to return them...have Emailed them,but no reply yet...anyone else had experience of this?
Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.
Week 10,total weightloss is now 13.5lbs Week 11 STSweek 14(I think)..-2, total loss now 1 stone exactly
GOT TO TARGET..1/2lb under now weigh 10st 6.5(lost 1st 3.5lbs)

    Under DSR you have 7 WORKING days, beginning the day after delivery to inform them you are cancelling under DSR, you do not have to return within 7 days no matter what there website says.

    Under DSR they cannot charge you ANY delivery costs if they did not inform you of any prior to delivery, they cannot charge you original delivery no matter what.

    If the Uggs were not the size ordered, (or not as described),they cannot charge any P&P.

    What cancellation rights do consumers have?
    3.22 The stage at which you provide your consumers with the required written information (see paragraph 3.10) will affect when the cancellation period ends.

    3.23 Where the DSRs give consumers the right to cancel an order, this right is unconditional and begins from the moment the contract is concluded. Unlike when buying from a shop, the first time that a consumer will typically have an opportunity to examine goods purchased by distance means is when they receive them. The DSRs give consumers who buy by distance means more rights than consumers who shop in person. When a distance consumer cancels a contract to which the cancellation provisions apply they are entitled to a refund of any money they have paid in relation to the contract even if the goods are not defective in any way. Please also see paragraph 3.46 for further information.

    The time limits for cancellation are as follows.
    For goods:
    Provided you give your consumer the required written information no later than the time the goods are delivered, their cancellation rights end seven working days after the day on which they received the goods

    What must my consumers do if they want to cancel?
    3.26 They must tell you in writing, or in another durable medium, if they want to cancel. This includes letter, fax or email. A phone call is not enough unless you say in your terms and conditions that you will accept cancellations by phone.

    Shudoo have been fab when I have returned anything I even sent boots back after 30 days that were in the sale and they refunded me I did have to pay for delivery though.

    Shudoo have always been very helpful with me. Usually no problems with returns.
