Help please. Just been completing paperwork for CCCs ready to send statements to creditors in the morning to begin DMP but I'm struggling. Spent the weekend in a blur and am dreading the start of the new week when the phone calls begin and the postman comes and ... I really can't seem to get it together. I really want to just go and disappear. OH is worried as to my behaviour and I can't blame him. Just as I've made a start to sort things out the future looks ........ all I can see is more upset and trouble and losing my home. Thanks for being out there .......

But you are getting it together.

YOU are taking control! It's like a jigsaw. You have to take your time and piece everything together! It's not gonna happen just like that.

You can send your creditors letters requesting they only correspond with you by mail. OK you might get loads of post but at least your helping your postie keep fit!

Plus paper is recyclable so you're doing your bit for the environment!

Hang in there tote alley stressed. Many of us have been in your situation and although it's tough, you will get through it.

As SS says, ask them all to correspond with you as that will make life a little easier and you will have proof of what is agreed. It's good that you have CCCS on your side and us of course

Things will get better, just one more hurdle to get through.
