they take the discount off the end on the mothercare site, i was willing 3 weeks ago to buy the doll for £35 when the car seat was with it but got annoyed when it was redced instore to £28 but no car seat included. i got free delivery and also used a 10% code. BARGAIN
i have now got to stop buying for my daughter, i have bought her so many decent presents all at very very low prices. Thank you OP

Hi
I saw this offer on ELC website before I found this post here. I ordered and paid for it on 30th November on their partner site Mothercare.
Received email stating delivery delayed due to weather, no problems with that.
Kept checking my mothercare account for update, finally tonight it updated to items despatched, which included other parts of my order and the cup cake collection.
shortly after I received an email stating that the order had been despatched but the cup cake collection was now out of stock and had been cancelled from my order and I would receive a refund soon.
Bang out of order, if delivery delayed by weather, then my paid for order should have been sitting waiting to be despatched, how did it then go out of stock. And they wait 11 days to inform me.
Rant over!!!0 -
I have had a similar experience with the Mothercare offer. I ordered the Baby Maddy (cupcake), with the free car sear. Having waited nearly two weeks a package arrived to my great relief, only to find the car seat and no doll. The invoice states the doll is now out of stock, estimated delivery 1-4 weeks! However, having checked the website this show doll out of stock, expected delivery 4-8 weeks. I have emailed Mothercare but they have not idea when the doll will arrive. The really annoying thing is that this doll is currently IN stock at ELC (which I believe is Mothercare's partner site) but at the full price of £35.0
