Go to the browser bar for the address, right click and press copy.
type your text in your post. press right click and paste. Voila...........

if you google how to copy and post a link it will give you full instructions, I had to ask my kids, they told me to go to the browser bar(didnt like to tell them I didnt know what the browser bar was) but I got there eventually.
