best and cheapest solution -

I have a two loans one with my current bank and one with another. My current loan has an apr of 8.7% for 5years. Have paid a year already. The other is for 18.7% for 120 months again one year paid and no real difference to total owing.

I have approched my bank to discuss consolidating but they are offering a rate of 14.9% for 5years .Other sites are offering 8.7%, although I have not applied as yet.

What are the chances of transferring the smaller amount or part of 7k to a 0% card as a balance transfer.

I would like to know the best , quickest option of paying off. My credit rating is good.
