I have only used Comet through Quidco to purchase my laptop and it tracked the payment 100% with no problems at all

When you click on the merchants details on the right hand side it gives you a list of information

Time to track tranasctions (normally 1- 7 days but can be longer)
    % of transactions tracked
% company will pay if transaction not tracked correctly

The only payment not to track in the 12 months i have been with Quidco was for Boots but I emailed Quidco and they managed to track it for me but you will only ever normally receive 50% off the transaction that failed

  • Hi!
    Comet tracked and paid OK
John Lewis is tracking at the moment, but as I only bought the washing machine a week ago, it's not due to pay until December.
I've no experience with the others - sorry!

Dixons tracked really quickly for me, within about an hour I think!

Comet, Currys and John Lewis all tracked no problem for me (not done Dixons or AJ yet). Try and use a separate browser for Quidco only (firefox is OK), clear the cookies beforehand and you should be just fine.

I am having a nightmare with Comet and quidco. I made 2 orders last week, one for a TV and one for a laptop. Both tracked fine, but just before the product was due to be delivered the both lots of cashback have showed up as declined (in one case literally just before the delivery - I had the delivery truck sitting in the drive while I was on the phone to "customer services"). I have sent back both orders until I can find out why (its about £40 cashback in total).

Quidco haven't answered either of my enquiries, and Comet deny any knowledge of any cashback offers on quidco, rpoint, tcb or any other site. Their customer services are about as useful as a chocolate teapot and quite rude as well.

I would recommend not using them.

It's unlikely that any merchant's customer services will have knowledge of cashback sites.

in addition to your contact with Quidco it may be worth posting on this thread about it as Quidco reads it. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=245938&page=78
