Mine arrived yesterday there was no receipt. I'll print off the order confirmation. I was a bit nervous when I read that it takes 60 - 90 minutes to warm up the bed. I pluged in one side switched it to 4 and when I came back half an hour later the bed was extremely toasty so I switched it off. Thanks again to the original poster.

Mine arrived too and is great.

One query though. We're using it over a feather bed topper, not directly on top of spring mattress. Anyone know if this is still safe. Presumably overheat protection would deal with any problem?
  • Ours came yesterday and we had a lovely toasty bed to get into! Was wondering, how much does it cost to run it for an hour a day? Whatever, it's worth it to warm up hubbys icy feet before he plonks them on me!
