Cant seem to get a loan(help needed)

I dont have any credt cards,im not on the electoral role.I managed to get£1000 over 12 months from abbey and have 6 months left on that but now i need a loan of £3000 over say 4 years.Abbey wont give me that and i just cant seem to get one from any of the cheap lenders.I am in f/t employment ,same company for 2 1/2 years.I really need the money before 1st november and i dont mind if the intrest is a little higher......can anyone give me some good places to try that can give me an instant answer?thanks.

because your not on elecroral role not many people will even look at you the best thing to try although its not the cheapest is to apply with you personal bank as you have existing business with them if you do that then make sure you registar on the roll and 6/12 months down the line maybe try and get a better rate elsewhere...hope this helps
