Thomson Flight delays how do we get compensation?

Options
I put this in the holiday section we had a horrendous delay last week 9 hours in total with a 7 year old.
I know we are supposed to get compensated for this but anyone any ideas how we go about this.

We got thomson vouchers from work to pay for this holiday so it didnt really cost us anything, but still if we're entitled to compo we should claim?

Thanks all in advance x

You should be entitled to compensation under EC regulation - EC261/2004.
    Have a look at https://www.caa.co.uk
