Hi everyone so sorry to just drop on the thread like this but I am in desperate need of some help!:o:o
I’ve offered to make some cake for Thursday and need some recipe ideas.
Needs to contain vegetables and be fairly easy to make. Would prefer loaf cakes if that’s possible?

Carrot cake. Tried & tested. Ticks both the vegetable and loaf boxes.

Hey OP I make this carrot cake in a loaf tin and it turns out beautifully - love carrot cake and this is the best one I've ever tried, very simple and no fancy ingredients, highly highly recommended - my workmates were impressed too when I took some into the office, it didn't last five minutes!0
