Is there an advanced mortgage overpayment calculator?

Hi

I'm looking for an 'advanced' mortgage overpayment calculator that can work out overpayments as a % of the remaining balance. Does anyone know one?

I'm trying to work out how fast we can overpay a mortgage, but we can only overpay 10% of the remaining balance, so the amount we can over pay each year reduces (and so increases our repayment term), how can we work out a repayment term with reducing overpayments?
