Not recieving wage slips or offered written contract

Hi
I have not received wage slips for my last two months of payment being last month and one that's due now for this month. I have now left the company due to appalling man management and working conditions. Also I started this job at the end of july and did not sign the offered contract of employment due to there being some points in it I did not agree with one of them being only being offered 14 days holiday for working a full time role. which is wrong, I was told he would look at the contract and make up an improved one which also offered more money or a bonus structure this was over five weeks ago.
My employer did not come back with a new contract offer as he stated he would do on a few occasions and he seemed to be just dragging out the process so i would continue to work under the current conditions. After many weeks of being patient and continuing to carry out my duties i finally handed in a written resignation and worked my notice and left.
I feel that I had no choice but to leave as I felt I was being mislead by my employer and once I had paid work related expenses which I also struggled to claim back and worked for a month taking home just over six hundred pounds each month I had finally had enough.
Is there anything i can do about the contract issue or the fact I am not receiving wage slips ?
Any advice would be a great help thanks.

As the original document given to you did not allow for the legal minimum of holiday, it is likely you are owed holiday pay. When did you leave?0

AK I am assuming you know your NI number, perhaps a call to your local tax office to check whether your deducted NI & tax has been received by them and whether they have received a P46 when you started and inform them that you do not have a P45 for a prospective new employer, (not really necessary as new employer can get this info) you shouldn't have any gaps due to ex.employer sloppiness. Explain all the details to them, dates and times etc that you have worked.
All employers with less than 50 employees at 31 October must file their starter and leaver information on-line from April 2011-12 so he can't get away with it for much longer. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
You are due holiday pay for the period you were there, based on the statutory minimum of 5.6 weeks a year. You can complete an ET1 online and add your grievance re lack of payslips and contract to that claim. First you need to write to the company setting out what you think you are due and giving them, say, 14 days to respond or you will go to ET.0

OK, so your normal payday is the end of the month and that is when you can expect to be paid. (A lot of employers would pay you at the point you left but it is possible to make someone wait till the usual payday.)Hi I started on the 29th july and finished on the 16th november.
So do work out what your pay should be, allowing for the correct accrual of holiday. Your minimum entitlement was 5.6 weeks (of your normal weeks) for a full year. That equates to 28 days if you worked 5 or more days each week. As you worked just short of 16 weeks, your entitlement during your employment would be approximately 8.5 days.
There was a bank holiday at the end of August. Did you take that and get your regular pay? If so that's one day off your entitlement. Did you take any other holiday in that time? If so, take those days off too.0
