Eligibility and terms

• The Promotion is open to UK residents only, aged 16 years or over, excluding employees and immediate family members of each employee of DPGL or its group companies, Domino's franchisees, or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion.
• No purchase is necessary to play the online game but in the event a participant is successful in winning a Reward Code the participant will need to purchase products from DPGL in order to use the Reward Code.
• By entering, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material for both the Promotion and the Reward Codes.
• Conduct of participation. DPGL reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from further participation in the Promotion (which shall include withdrawing the chance for such person to use the Reward Codes when ordering from any participating Domino's stores or to qualify for one of the pizza party prizes) any individual found to be tampering with the Reward Code redemption process or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by DPGL to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
• Any individual play may be disqualified if it is suspected that it is the result of tampering with the game and not a legitimate play.
• Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access.

How do I enter the Promotion?

• Cumulatively, across the entire running of the game, the user with the highest sum of metres flown associated to their Facebook account will win a total of £100 in Domino's Pizza Gift Vouchers. A user must log in via the "connect with Facebook" button to register their scores on the highscore board to be eligible for this.
• Cumulatively, across the entire running of the game, the user with the second highest sum of metres flown associated to their Facebook account will win a total of £60 in Domino's Pizza Gift Vouchers.. A user must log in via the "connect with Facebook" button to register their scores on the highscore board to be eligible for this.
• No responsibility can be accepted by DPGL for entries not received or incompletely received for whatsoever reason.
• In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the Promotion, DPGL will not be able to retrieve and/or amend any existing entries to a new email address.

Reward Codes

• Reward Codes are rewarded to participants who reach various levels of the Promotion.
• Reward Codes are case sensitive and must be entered online at http://www.dominos.co.uk, exactly as they appear when revealed by DPGL.

Winners

• Winners will be notified by email or Facebook message by DPGL.
• If any winner has not acknowledged receipt of winning within 28 days of being first notified by DPGL that they have won, DPGL shall have the right (but not the obligation) to select another winning entry. In this event, the original winner shall not be entitled to any prize or to any payment or compensation whatsoever in lieu of a prize.
• The winning Domino's Pizza Gift Vouchers will be dispatched within 28 days of the winner being notified that they have won and are valid for a limited time. Vouchers can be redeemed in any UK Domino's store. Vouchers are valid for delivery and carry out orders and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Winners who reside outside a delivery area may need to collect their order from the nearest store. We regret that Domino's Pizza Vouchers cannot currently be used for orders placed via the online ordering service.
• There is no alternative, cash or otherwise, to the stated prize. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given for any order placed using the Pizza Gift Vouchers.

Intellectual Property

• Any material created as part of the Promotion shall be owned by DPGL or DPGL shall have the exclusive rights to use such material.

Data Protection

• Any personal data of entrants will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third parties without the relevant individual's prior consent.
• Winners may be required to participate in publicity. By entering this Promotion, prize winners acknowledge that they will be required to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the participants name and/or image, statements made by the entrant concerning the Promotion and/or prizes and photographs or moving images of the participants or their guest taken as part of the Promotion.
• By entering this competition participants are agreeing to receive direct email and text message marketing from the Domino's Family (and by this expression we mean DPGL and each of its subsidiaries, parent company, any holding company and our franchisees). Liability and Jurisdiction

• DPGL is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any entrant where such damage or loss was not at the time the entry into the Promotion was made a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• Regrettably, DPGL cannot be held liable for system failures on the website or at any of our promotional third party partners. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimize the effect to the participants of any such failure.
• Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to exclude DPGL's liability:
  • for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence;
  • for fraud; or
  • further than is permitted by law.
• The competition and these terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Finally
