Have you done plenty of research on the company? Have you got examples of when you've provided good customer service/been a team player/solved a tricky problem in the past?
Good luck!0 -
Have a think what they will want and how you can show it in the interview.
I'd guess if it is a call centre they will want to see that you can be friendly, always offer help, and also take problem customers in your stride - try and look for examples in team work or in your every day life when someone has disagreed with you but you have dealt with it calmly and resolved the problem.
They may want to see that you understand the nature of the job as well so try and research it but also ask questions on it - it will show you are interested and paying real attention to it.
If you are interested tell them - sometimes people don't get the job as the interviewer will think they didn't actually want it, when really it was just nerves of the person.
Good luck with it, remember it is just a chat between 2 groups- you to find out about the job, and them to find out about you, nothing to worry about, just be yourself0 -

Just be calm and collective...

A tip from someone who interviews a lot of people (not me!), if you're nervous and its making you trip over your words, stammer, waffle etc. just take a deep breath, say "I'm sorry, I'm a bit nervous" and smile. The interviewers will understand, they'll probably smile back, tell you to take your time and try to put you at your ease. This is better than getting yourself all worked up, making the nerves worse and ending up flustered and panicky.
Your interviewers aren't monsters or robots! Its ok to ask them how they are and to be a little bit conversational. If you get the job they'll be working with you so they want to know that you're pleasant and personable to get along with.0 -
Thanks everyone
