You can sign up on their website and they'll e-mail you the special offers a week or so in advance, ie you'll get 2 e-mails per week (Mon and Thurs). Because you have to enter your postcode they'll send you the regional offers that are relevant and it also means you can plan your shopping for when there's something you want.

The twice weekly emails do pre-warn you about the 'specials' they are stocking but I don't remember seeing the fruit n veg offer ever being included.0
