Bandai Star Friends (interactive) Doll - £17.99

Hi, Sorry this is my first post so be gentle with me! I've looked and looked for an interactive doll for my 4yr old as she's driving me insane picking up my 7 week old daughter!
I came across the Star Friends doll and the cheapest i could find it was on bargaincrazy . com in the toys dept.
At £17.99 compared to argos it's not a bad price
I've bought one but was wondering if anyone else has seen/bought/used one of these and knows what it's like! I'm lost - i've never bought a doll (since i was about 5 and that was bought for me but i chose it!) and any advice would be appreciated!
