Nokia Christmas competition terms and conditions
1. This competition is open to all UK residents, excluding employees of Orange group companies and their agents; their families or any other person associated with it.
2. The entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions, which by taking part, all competition entrants will be deemed to have accepted.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. To enter, simply visit the competition page on the Orange Online Shop and provide the most original and interesting answer to the competition question.
5. The competition will run from 17/11/10 to 23/12/10.
6. The winner for the best answer will be selected by an independent judge on 24/12/10. The winner will be notified within 7 days; if within 7 days the winner cannot be contacted an alternative winner will be selected.
7. Orange shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, corrupted or mis-transmitted. Proof of submission of your entry is not proof of receipt.
8. The prize-winner will receive: Nokia N8 mobile handset. No cash alternative will be available. Handset unlocking charges may apply.
9. The decision made by Orange is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Orange reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value and, in exceptional circumstances, to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
11. The prize winner may be required to participate in some publicity.
12. A list of prize winners is available on request from 24/12/2010 by writing to:
