Is the best free hosting that I've come across, but I've only hosted a tiny site with them, which had very little traffic, but I've had no problems.

You mention you have two sites, Awardspace will allow hosting of two domains for free, which is cool if you use paid for domain names.

I'd only consider changing providers if you can keep the same address, else chances are u will lose visitors.

Bear in mind the servers are in the US so may appear slower if you currently use UK based servers.

is the best, you can crete a website put pictures, shoutboxes and html stuff. i have one and they are quite good! no spam and not too many emails!

I use Jamroll - they are absolutley fantastic - and free.

You have to own your own domain (.co.uk/.com/.org etc) which they host for free. And it includes the following features:

- Monthly Bandwidth: 5GB
- Disk Space: 350MB
- cPanel (with many features installed that you don't get from paid hosts - i.e. mySQL, phpMYADMIN, Fantastico etc).
- 30 Email Adresses
- FTP File Manager
- PHP/Pearl/CGI
- Full features list here.

The catch is 5 miniscule - barely visible - Google Ads (its just 5 hyperlinked words at the bottom of your site).

Plus they'll give you support on their forums.
