I added loads of pictures and pages, paid an extra £22 and found the quality was really poor, great offer but quality doesn't match I'm afraid :-(

As an alternative (Windows and Mac OS) Printing-1.co.uk offers £10 on the first order. ("can only be used once by new customers") until 15/01/2011.

I haven't had an Albelli photo book, but did recently buy a diary from them, and agree that their quality is really poor. Their website says that if you're unhappy then to email them. "We will then deal with your complaint and offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible". On submitting the email, you're told you'll get a reply within 24 hours - but you don't. I'm not sure whether to phone their customer services at 10p per minute (from other reports it sounds like a bit of an expensive waste of time), or just to cut my losses and learn from experience... There are certainly people out there who have been very pleased with their Albelli products, but it all does seem a bit random

Have you ever tried Photobox?

Would be interested in a Quality comparison.

gosh - i am surprised at that - i ordered 2 photo books & a calendar at Christmas using different emails in the offer than and they were fab

I ordered a calendar in the Xmas offer and it was really lovely - it was a present for Granny, but all the family looked right through it on Xmas day. I'm definitely going to use them again, for a photobook present for another relly.
