Primus - additional discount for MSE's!

Decided to switch to Primus to save on the cost of BT line rental and was quoted £8.99 a month. The guy asked where I had heard of Primus and I said on MSE, then he said that entitles me to an additional discount bringing the cost down to £7.99 per month!

Managed to save £25 a month so far today by changing broadband and phone providers - happy days! :T

Did they mention the extra £2.50 a month for caller display,and the fact that 0845/0870 calls were not inclusive.

Indeed, wait until you have been with them for a year, then tell us how much you have " saved ".

If your a BT Customer and your out of contract and your placing your calls through BT,they will normally give you one off credit of at least £24 if you say your thinking of leaving to join Primus.Which of course makes BT even more competitive.
Call their Customers Retention Team on 0800 800150 option 1

Eg. BT Line Saver £9.99 a month rental including caller display and inclusive 0845/0870 calls where appropriate less £24 credit brings line rental down to £7.99 a month. The same as Primus.

Where as Primus Saver line rental at £7.99 a month plus caller display £2.50 costs £10.49 plus you pay for all your 0845/0870 calls.
